Every year we stage a musical performance for our 7-8 year olds who graduate from the Early years programme and are ready to begin their main journey to learning English in a more formal and methodical way.
They have a whale of a time getting dressed for the part, learning their lines and singing along to the fun, catchy songs.
Musical performances are incredibly motivating and inspiring. They engage our young learners in a fun and entertaining style whilst exposing them to authentic English through song and story. Children grasp new sounds very quickly and love to mimic. It also boosts their confidence as they learn from a young age to perform in front of an audience.
